Single Leg Balance Challenge

For all of us around the globe, our individual and collective paradigms of balance have shifted dramatically in the past weeks. The reorienting of where our center is may feel unsteady or hazy. But did you know that balance is a skill we can practice and improve? This is a great exercise to begin to improve the intelligence of our balance system, especially as we challenge it on one foot. By challenging the balance in our physical bodies, we then strengthen the balance in our mental and emotional bodies. It’s a win-win! 

Remember, the key to balance is movement. Keep moving, keep shifting your perspective, keep riding those waves of wobbly. We are moving through this with a new understanding of balance.
