Reformer Classes are Back!

It’s been a year and a half since we had our last class… and we are ready for a new day! On September 1, let’s get moving again…together! 

We learned a few things during our hiatus from classes and you will see these changes reflected in our class schedule. We are excited to bring back our tried and true Pilates Reformer classes in addition to adding Reformer/Springboard Combo classes. If we haven’t seen you in a while, consider scheduling a private session to get back up to speed! 

In addition to Pilates drop-in classes, be on the lookout for information about our yoga class series - Yoga for Low Back Health and Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Health. Each series is perfect on its own, but even better if you can create space for both series in during your week. Advanced registration is required! 

And, wait! There’s more! (Can you tell we’re really excited?) Be on the lookout for many workshop offerings this fall including Introduction to Pilates, Pilates for Barbell Athletes, and an Ayurvedic Yoga workshop for digestive health!

We simply can’t wait to see you…back in class!
