Personal Training at Happy Body

Happy Body trainers specialize in crafting tailor made fitness plans to build muscle, strengthen bones, improve mobility, and reduce pain for your unique body and lifestyle.

Personal Training Session

With the full attention of an instructor, quality exercises are created for your specific abilities and goals using a variety of equipment and props. Each initial private session includes a personal evaluation and a postural assessment. Session time approximately 55 minutes. $65

Semi-Private Personal Training Session Bring a friend and enjoy all of the benefits of a Happy Body style personal training session. $40/ea

Functional Training

is custom personal training focused on the needs and goals of the client. We start with fundamentals and build from there an integrated, individualized workout, incorporating challenges including weights, stability challenge, and more. In Functional Training sessions, instructor and client work together to strengthen and stabilize the body’s movement in a balanced way.
Functional Training focuses on the quality of a person’s movement patterns as well as motor control, dynamic stability, and general mobility. Movement assessments such as the Functional Movement Systems test and NeuroKinetic Therapy help guide instructors in developing the most helpful and effective workout for each client’s functional fitness. $65
