About Happy Body

With locations in South Asheville and Biltmore Village, Happy Body provides a variety of services to support the health and well being of the body. We offer private sessions and group classes in yoga and Pilates (both mat and equipment). We also offer workshops in meditation, restorative yoga, kids yoga, creative movement, and embodied anatomy. We host daylong retreats to deepen client and staff commitment to the importance of self-care. Happy Body offers a gentle, non-invasive bodywork therapy called Ortho-Bionomy® that re-educates the body on a deep, cellular level to find ease and balance. Because it helps support awareness of the body by the body, Ortho-Bionomy® creates lasting, sustainable change. This bodywork is a hallmark of our studio; its guiding principles, which include honoring the body’s inherent wisdom, moving away from pain, and learning to be with what is, inform our teaching and general client care. Happy Body offers more traditional massage, as well as Reiki, aromatherapy, and herbalism services.

Please check the online schedule for a list of days and times of our classes. If we are not presently offering a class you would like to take, let us know! We love suggestions for wonderful ways to help you move and feel fabulous in your body.
