Dear Wondrous Community,
Thank you all SO MUCH for your continued support. Here at Happy Body, it is not lost on us how this year required each one of us to continuously extend and offer grace, compassion, and gratitude. May we continue to do so for ourselves and others. We are so stinkin' grateful for each of you.

Even in the midst of a pandemic, we are striving to meet your needs and offer you the best fitness and/or wellness experience possible. If you have ventured into our South Asheville location, you may have noticed a new face seated at the front desk.
That's Morgan, our new studio manager. We are so excited to have her talent, good humor, and buoyant spirit as a part of the Happy Body landscape. So much to be grateful for!

Holiday Schedule Reminders

We are closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day, but open for privates, semi-privates and classes otherwise. Why not schedule a special family Pilates or yoga class curated just for your group or partner? Sharing the movement fun....what a great gift!
