Holy moly! Yowsers! My, oh my! And yabba dabba doooo!! Here we are, friends, and it’s time to celebrate!! Not only are we celebrating 
 

10 years!
since the doors of Happy Body flung wide open,

but we’re also wildly excited to be

welcoming you back into the space for connection, support, and fabulously happy movement!

Many have asked about the state of the studio and what the update is. We have been open for a very limited schedule of private and semi-private sessions since the end of June to ensure we are moving slowly and carefully in these uncertain times. We have limited the number of people in the space to 7 or less to keep more than 6 feet apart. We have added new (extra!) cleaning protocols, new HEPA/UV air filters, and we’re all wearing these new steam baths for our nose and mouth (aka face coverings). So glad we can work in a facial while we work out! Most everyone has said they feel safer in our studio than the grocery store, so that feels good. 

While we’re not yet sure when we’ll be able to safely open for classes again, we’re hopeful that time is not too far in the future. In the meantime, we invite you to use this time to try a private or semi-private session to get you back in the Pilates or yoga groove if you’re not already. If you have classes left on a reformer card, we’d love to convert those toward the use of a private session or two. It’s a great way to help support the studio and our instructors. If the timing is not quite right for you to return, know that your unused classes or sessions are still valid and we will extend the expiration date until we start classes again. We’re also still available to do private sessions online, so know that’s also an option. 

Here are some creative ways you can help keep us rolling! 

  • Create a Family or Friends Pilates or Yoga night--Let an instructor create a private class for you and up to 5 friends or family members. Message us

  • Transfer your existing reformer card classes into one or more private sessions. Message us

  • Treat yourself to a new foam roller, spikey ball, toe sox, or fabulous aromatherapy spritzers made by our own, Christa Hebal. 

  • Use your reformer card to join our small group Grounding Mat Class online with Jess every Wednesday at 9:15am. 

We’ve missed each of you and look forward to the day we can reunite and move together again! Until then, stay safe, keep moving, and savor those outdoor moments. We’re here when you need us.
