There is only balancing." 

What a unique time in each of our lives. Uncertainty is the only thing that is Certain. I know for me, the uncertainty can cause sensations of overwhelm and chaos to arise quickly. But then, on my better days, I try to remember to practice balancing...knowing there is no perfect place to arrive at. It's the work of centering, coming back into my core, and remembering the solid support beneath me.

I'm so grateful for Pilates and yoga to keep reminding my body of its resilience and strength. It's a practice! And, we are grateful as a team to keep nudging and reminding your bodies of its incredible capacity to bend, stretch, and rebound with ease.
