Not only are we returning to Pilates classes at our South location this September, but we're also introducing Suzanne Martin who is teaching two 6-week Yoga classes at our Biltmore Village location. These small group classes (limited to 7 people) include Yoga for Low Back Health on Mondays and Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Health on Thursdays. Challenge yourself and register for both!

Namaste! I’m so happy to be here at Happy Body and to have the opportunity to work with you. I offer private Yoga sessions and classes to help you find balance and ease in your body and life. My practice has always been about holistic healing working with individuals as multidimensional beings. We can work on anything from how to heal physical discomforts such as back ache or inflammation, how to find work life balance, how to deepen your spiritual practice, or even get nutrition tips for your body type. Together we can come up with an integrated plan using yoga, Ayurveda, and behavioral science to help you thrive. I’m grateful to have the opportunity to share the teachings with you at Happy Body and support your healing journey to thrive.
