Kinēsa Workshop: Spring renewal - Saturday, May 4th 10:00-11:30am
Do you feel stuck in the same routine? Are you ready to create some new perspectives surrounding physical and emotional pain? Christina will introduce how to attend to your thoughts, sensations, and emotions that are attached with your daily movement habits. The minds are capable of amazing abilities to learn, unlearn, relearn, and more. However, the mind can get stuck into a loop of habitual patterns that lead to chronic ways of thinking, feeling, and moving. Understanding how to apply creative thoughtful choices to your everyday movements begins by clearing the mind. This workshop will include guided meditation, and seasonal energy tapping based around a Kinēsa movement process. This workshop will engage the beginning of how to unravel years of learned movement behaviors.
