Everybody knows how perfect planks can be for engaging the whole body. Whether you can use this exercise as part of your existing movement plan, or want to use it on its own, let’s get playful with planking!
Join Sarah to explore how invigorating plank exploration can be and discover how important weighted exercises are for the health of our joints. Joints crave proprioceptive feedback with compression. It helps them know to build more bone, which is a great support as we age.
